I ordered a 6 as that’s the size that my daughter will fit in dresses by summer and the size that she currently wears in leotards.
The swim suits run larger. These may not fit until summer of 2024.
I’d definitely size down 1-2 sizes vs dress size.

Love the new one piece bathing suits. It is a super cute and simple cut. The fabric is stretchy and thicker and after number of uses so far no piling or sagging. My daughter is on the taller side and we go between 8 and 10 in A+A stuff. If between sizes, I would size down on this one!
