I’ve scored so many cute vintage dresses for my girls over the years that sadly, never really got too much wear. They’d complain that the fabric was "too scratchy”, too hot, too restricting, etc. Although they were darling, the girls would never humor me and wear them, so in the closet they sat. I decided to pair the things I love most about all these pieces and create something girls today would love. Feminine sleeves, a pinafore-style neckline, and of course, a full twirly skirt.
