We were honored to be flies on the wall at Lexi's beautiful Arizona home to photograph her and her daughter Noa. These two have such a sweet, special relationship and we couldn't think of a better duo to kick off Mothers Day weekend.

"Everyday I look at my beautiful girl and am overwhelmed with the thought, I get to be her mom.  Me.  It’s not fair.  Mother’s Day can feel a little bittersweet because of that.  Sweet for the miracle it is that I am hers.  Everyday. I get to hold her, dance with her, see her smile and soak up all that she is.  But, this day is also a huge reminder of her other mom.  Her first mom.  The mom that loved her first. The mom that is braver and stronger and more loving than I think I could ever be.  The mom that misses her every day.  Noa Grace is a beautiful reminder, she has her eyes, her smile and her spunk.  We are so blessed to know her first mom, and love her.  This Mother’s Day and every day, we will speak her name and tell our sweet girl how loved she is."
